Cancellation Policy

1. Resident Cancellation Before Deal Lock-In

Residents may cancel their participation in an open group deal free of charge anytime prior to the deal lock-in deadline shown on the mobile app.

2. Cancellation After Deal Finalization

Once a group deal is locked and service technicians are dispatched to the housing campus, cancellations may be subject to a nominal dispatch fee to compensate the partner for allocated manpower and materials.

3. Rescheduling Slots

If you are unavailable during your assigned service window on campus service day, you may request a reschedule to another slot during the partner's campus visit via the resident mobile app.
