1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications, and services provided under the brand GroupServe, operated by Kumawatpulse Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), having its registered office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

2. Nature of Platform & Marketplace Role

GroupServe functions strictly as an electronic technology marketplace platform enabling residential society members to coordinate group buying demand with independent, third-party service partners. Kumawatpulse Technologies Private Limited does not directly perform the physical home services unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. Society Group Deals & Pricing

Group deal pricing is subject to achieving specified participant tiers by the deadline. If an open group fails to meet its minimum required threshold, the deal closes and participant payments are refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate society flat information, ensure access to their premises during scheduled appointment slots, and treat visiting service professionals with respect.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
